Overview

Oval Quarter is a residential-led development of more than 800 new homes in South London SW9.

All the private units were sold out in 2017.

Southern Home Ownership is selling 1 and 2 bedroom Shared Ownership apartments at The Wren Building with prices starting from £470,000 in November 2017.

The project will include the construction of 808 new build homes:
- 357 private sale units
- 146 shared ownership
- 172 homes will be modernised and refurbished

The entire scheme covers a total of 12.5 hectares, 7.2 of which are to include landscaped parkland and community gardens, reminiscent of London's celebrated ‘squares'.

The development is located in zone 2 between Oval, Kennington, Camberwell and Stockwell. Oval tube station is only a short walk away.

The development is a joint venture between Higgins Homes and Pinnacle Regeneration Group.

With the first phase of private homes was completed in December 2013 and is sold out. The second phase will be launched in September 2014.
