Description of Citroën site
A new residential-led development from L&Q on the Citroën site in Brentford, London TW8.
The site is set for the redevelopment to provide a mixed-use scheme of 441 residential units with ancillary facilities, flexible retail, employment and community uses, and a nursery in buildings of 12, 13, 15, 16 and 18 storeys in height.
The scheme will include 50% of affordable housing.
6 tall buildings of up to 18 storeys in height, providing 441 apartments including 50% affordable housing.
2020 - The case is called-in by the Secretary of State.
2018 - Mayor of London resolves to grant planning permission.
2018 - The London Borough of Hounslow resolves to refuse the application.
