Overview

Greenford Quay is a mixed-use (predominantly Build to Rent) development on the banks of the Grand Union Canal, London UB6.

The development includes 1,965 purpose-designed homes, comprising studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments across seven main buildings built in phases until 2025.

A total of 1,439 homes will be available for rent from Greystar, with 526 additional homes available for sale. There will also be appropriate levels of affordable housing, comprising a mix of discount market rent and shared ownership opportunities.

Greystar acquired the former GlaxoSmithKline and Sunblest Bakery sites in January 2016.

Tillermans at Greenford Quay
Tillermans is the first building that completed in Phase 1 of the Greenford Quay development. comprises 379 studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, with ground floor spaces for commercial and retail use. Amenities include a concierge, business lounge and a conference room. This is a pet-friendly building. Completions from November 2019.

Lyons Dock House
Lyons Dock House comprises 251 apartments completed in 2022. The building amenities include a gym, dining room, cinema, lounge, meeting rooms, a children's play area, and a rooftop terrace that everyone can use.
