An increasing amount of Build to Rent developments are pet-centric, reports Savills.

With around 12 million pet-owning households in the UK, which is 41 per cent of all homes, and the number of people living in private rented accommodation growing, the developers are seeing a new opportunity.

At Greystar’s Tillermans building there is a grooming/washroom for dogs where they can freshen up after a muddy walk.

Pet premium cost at Tillermans is £35 per month for a cat and £50 per month for a dog.
