Demolition of No. 14 Grosvenor Street and redevelopment to provide a five storey building with basement and rooftop plant and new link extension to No. 14 Brook's Mews in association with the use of the combined site as offices (Class B1) with retail shop (Class A1) on part ground floor of No. 14 Brook's Mews and new shopfront to No. 14 Brook's Mews.
