Overview
Ridgeford acquired 4-8 Maple Street in Fitzrovia in 1998 and completed the redevelopment in 1999 creating a 29,000 sq ft (2,694 sq m) head quarters office which had been pre-let to Thomas Cook Group for 15 years achieving a record rent for that part of Fitzrovia.
The entire process, from initial acquisition through redevelopment to selling the finished building to a private investor, took only 14 months.
