The upper floors of the building are being converted into ten flats. The basement and ground floor will be turned into a restaurant.
Nine flats will be let at affordable rents along with a three bed penthouse apartment for market letting.
The site sits within the Soho Conservation Area.
The building has been a hostel for a long time and was last used by Centrepoint to provide accommodation with 26 beds for homeless young people. Due to lack of
funding the provider had to vacate the building in July 2014.
December 2016 – conditional permission granted by Westminster Council for use of part basement and part ground floor as two retail units and part basement and part ground and upper floors as residential to create up to 10 residential units.
