Plans Approved

Westminster City Council has approved plans for the development of London's first “covid-compliant” apartment block (read more).

The £40 million development by REDD will feature “covid killing” copper finishes, voice-activated lift and Crestron home automation.

Four new apartments around the corner from Grosvenor Square are expected to complete in 2021 and will be for sale through Wetherell and Savills.
