History
2018 January - Planning permission granted for: Use as private members' Club (Sui Generis), with associated internal and external alterations including roof level terrace and M&E Plant. A development by Maison di Lusso and Ennismore. Architect: Blair Associates. Westminster Council ref. no. 17/07355/FULL.
Listed with 3-6 Grafton Street. Originally built c.1760-72 by Sir Robert Taylor.
