History

The old 9 Marylebone Lane building was designed by DEGW Architects and completed in 1988.

2014 April - Planning permission for the demolition of existing building and redevelopment to provide a building comprising lower ground, ground and seven-floor levels, excavation to provide three sub-basement levels. Use of the building as 21 residential units, terraces at sixth and seventh floors, together with landscaping of existing access road, landscaped communal amenity space.
