2020 January - BentallGreenOak, on behalf of its fund, has provided acquisition and capital expenditure financing to support BC Partners Real Estate's purchase and repositioning of Wingate House. This transaction represents the inaugural investment by BC Partners Real Estate in their dedicated European real estate value-add fund. BC Partners Real Estate, alongside operating partner Seaforth Land, will be undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment and re-letting of the property. 2014 - Globarnearn Ltd sold the building for £60m.
2009 - Globarnearn Ltd., a real estate investment manager and advisor for Hong Kong-based private investors, acquired the 69,000 sq ft building in 2009 for £30.5m. The building was mostly let to the UK Government, Bank of China and the Curzon Cinema.
