Overview

Fitzroy Place residential-led mixed-use development in Fitzrovia, London W1, completed in 2014.

Fitzroy Place was developed by a multi award-winning consortium, comprising the leading Central London Developer, Exemplar, and one of the largest UK Real Estate Fund Managers, Aviva Investors, together with the previous owner Kaupthing.

Excavation work started in December 2011. The development was built in a single phase and was completed late 2014.

All apartments were wired in such a way that the purchaser could add in-wall, portable or table-top touchscreens or iPad to control the lighting, audio visual, blinds, heating and cooling, and video entry systems.

1 Fitzroy Place is an 8-storey building designed by leading architects Sheppard Robson. The building was let to The Estée Lauder Companies. A roof terrace on floors six and eight provides an opportunity for summer break out space in the fresh air, while all levels connect with views and vistas of Fitzrovia or the new landscaped square at the centre of the Fitzroy Place development.www.1fitzroyplace.com
