Swanscombe House is an apartment building on St Ann's Road in London W11.

This is a five storey building on the Edward Woods Estate within the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. The building is located on the western side of St Anns Rd, and lies just outside the borough boundary of Kensington and Chelsea, and on the edge of the Norland Conservation Area.

The building comprises a mix of brickwork elevations at ground floor level, and render elevations on the four floors above, and has plastic/uVPC framed windows, with a flat roof. The ground floor is made up of a number of retail units, and the four upper floor levels above consist of flats.

One of the closest tube stations is Shepherd's Bush.
