2020 June - Plans approved by London Mayor;
2018 January - Application refused by Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea;
2017 September - A new revised application was submitted with one main change being the introduction of 9 on-site affordable homes in one of the proposed Kensington Church Street buildings. The scheme still retained the same design, height and massing endorsed by the Inspector as well as the community benefits contained in the original proposals.
2017 June - Appeal refused by Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea;
2017 May - Appeal lodged by Notting Hill Gate KCS Ltd;
2016 March - Planning committee decides to refuse the application;
