Description of Lavender Court
Lavender Court is a residential development in Shepherd's Bush, London W12.
The council-owned former 23-room hostel will be redeveloped.
The scheme will create 45 flats, with a collection of 21 one-bedroom and 24 two-bedroom homes. 4 of the new homes will be wheelchair-accessible.
24 homes will be available at affordable rent for those on the council’s housing waiting list and the remaining 21 are for local first-time buyers to purchase on a shared ownership basis.
Work is expected to start on site in summer 2018 and the new homes should be completed by 2020.
