2015 - Southern Grove and Topland Group buy a BHS department store on site.
The developers bought the site from the Thackeray Estate for £10m in June 2015.
BHS, which was sold by Philip Green's Arcadia in 2015 to Retail Acquisitions for £1, occupied the site.

Ealing Crossrail station is expected to open in 2018.
