Key Details
Overview
10-11 Lancaster Gate is a residential development in Bayswater, London W2.
Designed by Prest Vale Architects, the new plans proposed by Heriot UK see the two grand terraced houses next to Kensington Gardens converted into 11 residences.
The freehold site contains two white stucco-fronted seven-storey Grade II listed buildings located within the Bayswater Conservation Area.
The former 60-room Averard Hotel at 10 Lancaster Gate opened shortly after World War I. Parkside Hotel at No. 11 opened in the early 1920s.
History
Originally built in 1865 as two terraced houses to the designs of John Johnson.

2017 November - London Property Zone is marketing the building for £26,800,000. April - Winkworth is marketing the building for £35m.
1970 February - The building is Listed Grade II. List Entry Number: 1221694.
