Regent House is a mixed-use development on Edgware Road in London W2.
The new development comprises 4 A1 retail units at ground floor and basement level, 6 storeys of office accommodation above a ground floor reception, 24 apartments.
Hudson & Mercer have been commissioned as interior designers for the residential components.
The site is situated within The Portman Estate’s 110 acres of Marylebone, located at the junction of George Street and Edgware Road in London, W1. Regent House will benefit from outstanding transport links, including the planned Paddington Crossrail Station which is due for completion in December 2018. The surrounding shopping and leisure amenities, coupled with its close proximity to Hyde Park, will make the development a premium offer for office and retail occupiers as well as residents.
2018 Spring - The existing 1960s block at 112-130 Edgware Road, George Street and Nutford Place is demolished.
2017 April - Native Land acquires the development from The Portman Estate.

Demolition of existing buildings comprising street block bounded by Edgware Road, George Street, Forset Street and Nutford Place and redevelopment by erection of a part eight, part nine storey building with roof level plant room, two storey basement containing car parking, cycle storage and other ancillary floorspace to provide up to 24 residential units (Class C3), offices (Class B1) and retail (Class A1) accommodation.
