Westminster City Council's planning committee will discuss the application submitted for 108-110 Westbourne Grove in today's meeting.
The council recommends granting permission for changing the use of the 375m2 space from A3 (restaurant) to A1 (retail).
The new tenant will be The Co-Operative Group.
Planning application ref. no. 18/02532/FULL was submitted in March 2018 by Caulmert Limited on behalf of Halfacre & Westbourne Estates:
Use of basement and ground floors as a retail unit (Class A1) for a period of 15 years, and installation of air conditioning units on roof of 110 Westbourne Grove.
