Queensway Parade is a planned development opposite the Grade II listed Whiteleys shopping centre in Bayswater, London W2.
The plans propose for a new 5-storey building with shops below and 94 apartments above.
The new homes will be a mixture of studio, 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed and 4 bed apartments, with the affordable housing being provided on site.
The existing building has a retail premises on the ground floor and 27 flats above.
