Westminster City Council's planning committee will discuss the application submitted for 37-41 Westbourne Grove in today's meeting.
The council recommends refusing permission due to the loss of retail (Class A1) and insufficient information relating to impact of means of ventilation on design of shopfront and amenity of nearby residents.
