The new office had undergone a Category A refurbishment. Robust financial control is paramount for this project and JAC Project Management was selected because it provides a single professional fee for project management and design and has solid systems and processes to manage complex projects. JAC’s role was also to provide expertise and input to build the business case internally and provide cost consultancy. JAC Design conducted extensive design analysis to understand the company’s DNA and the values that are critical to them. The new space communicates its Japanese heritage and the culture by incorporating Japanese materials into the interior.
