Paddington Gardens is a residential development in Paddington Basin, London W2.
The development comprises 485 residential units of mixed sizes, a 225 room Marriott hotel with 55 services apartment, a gym, private primary school and amenity space.
The project is characterized by seven high rise towers with infill buildings with a large 1.25 acres open green space. The main pale stone structure is formed of four sections, supporting four towers, creating generous paved terraces at the 13th-floor level.
A collection of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments were for sale by joint agents CBRE and Strutt & Parker. The 271 new homes completed in 2019. Each apartment was sold on a 999 year lease.
