The Perfume Factory is a new mixed-use development by Essential Living in North Acton, London W3.

2014 July - Essential Living completed the purchase of the 2.8-acre former Elizabeth Arden factory site.
Located near both North Acton underground and Acton mainline stations, the site will be ideal for commuters, especially with the introduction of the Elizabeth Line in 2019.
