Description of Chiswick Roundabout
Chiswick Roundabout is a site on the edge of the M4 motorway in Chiswick, London W4.
Chiswick Curve is the latest planned concept by developer Starbones. Studio Egret West has designed a 32-storey tower for the site, which is currently in planning.
Developed by Starbones Ltd - a consortium between Galliard and Kim Gottlieb of London & Bath Estates.
History
2015 December - Planning application submitted for: Redevelopment of site to provide a mixed-use building of one part ground plus 31 storeys and one part ground plus 24 storeys, comprising 327 residential units (Use Class C3), office (Use Class B1) and retail/restaurant uses (Use Class A1-A3), basement car and bicycle parking, resident amenities and hard and soft landscaping with all necessary ancillary and enabling works. Hounslow Planning Reference no: 00505/EY/P18. Refused Planning Permission 09/02/2017. Appeal lodged 08/08/2017.
The London Octopus was one of the planned developments of 7,000 sqm office building with a 2,650 sqm LED shroud designed by MAKE Architects.
