One King Street is an office building in the heart of Hammersmith, London W6.
Formerly known as Broadway House, the building was rebranded as One King Street after Helical Bar purchased the building in 2012.
Hammersmith Broadway Station is directly opposite One King Street.
2016 November - Orchard Street Investment Management completes the acquisition of One King Street for £34.5 million. The asset was acquired on behalf of Orchard Street UK Prime Property LP from Helical plc. The property has been extensively refurbished and re-let in recent years to provide 36,951 sq ft of high-quality office and retail space across six floors. The office element of the property, comprising 26,054 sq ft of lettable space, is arranged over five upper floors and fully let to four tenants with rents ranging from £32psf to £55psf.
2015 - It is a 35,000 sq ft building acquired in 2012 comprising 22,000 sq ft of offices and 13,000 sq ft of retail. Refurbishment of the fourth floor and the addition of the fifth floor of offices on top of the building completed in 2015, providing 3,500 sq ft of extra space.
In 2015 The fourth and fifth floors have been let to Orion Healthcare at a headline rent of £52.50 psf and £55.00 psf, a record rent for Hammersmith.
