In June Savills secures the letting of 39,593 sq ft (3,678m2) across the ninth to 13th floors, in addition to the 55,562 sq ft (5,162m2) already signed on the lower floors. The combined deal of 95,155 sq feet (8,843m2) is the largest pre-let to occur in Hammersmith since 1995. TOG pays £62.50 (£673 per m2) on the top floor – the highest rent achieved in Hammersmith – and mid £50s per sq ft rent on the other floors.
