2016 December - Following the announcement that the newly merged partnership of CMS, Nabarro and Olswang will consolidate operations in Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street in London EC4. Savills, jointly with CBRE was appointed to market the existing offices at High Holbron. Olswang releases the accommodation it occupies at 90 High Holborn 91,000 sq ft (8,453m2) over lower ground, ground, 1st, 2nd and 7th floors on leases to expire in March 2022. Floor plates range from 14-24,000 sq ft (1,300 – 2,229m2).
