Redevelopment of Belgravia Police Station building by The Other House on Buckingham Palace Road in Belgravia, London SW1.

In September 2023, new plans were submitted by The Other House for the retention, partial demolition and extension of the former Belgravia Police Station at 202-206 Buckingham Palace Road.

Designed by EPR, the plans for the new hotel with ancillary uses, including a restaurant, bar, gym, and spa facilities (Class C1), cycle parking facilities, courtyard landscaping, installation of rooftop plant and all other associated works.

The Other House is a new lifestyle hotel brand that encourages guests to be part of the local community, and the local community to be a part of The Other House.

The first location of The Other House was in South Kensington and Covent Garden will open in 2024.
