Overview

Frankham Walk is a new residential-led development by Peabody in Deptford, London SE8.

The scheme comprises 209 one, two, three and four-bedroom homes, including 51 for private sale, 117 for London Affordable Rent and a further 41 homes available through Shared Ownership (sold out in January 2024).

The development includes renovating the Old Tidemill Victorian School and the creation of a large public realm and play area.

The first completion at Frankham Street was for Autumn 2023 with a later phase completing in Winter 2025.
