The original Dudley House was a council-owned housing block with 50 flats in poor condition which the council wishes to redevelop.
The block of flats was opened 29th of November 1938 by the RT Hon. the Lord Mayor of London Sir Frank H Bowater.
Dudley house has been considered for redevelopment for a number of years. Situated in the ever-changing landscape of the Paddington Basin it provides an ideal opportunity to develop a building which will significantly contribute to the area.
