Overview
Holland Park Villas is a residential development next to Holland Park in London W8.
John McAslan + Partners' design for a two-acre, super-prime residential development in Campden Hill, for clients Native Land and Grosvenor, has been granted planning permission by The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The 180,000 sq ft scheme comprises 69 private luxury residential apartments set amongst extensive, private landscaped gardens.
Aidan Potter, Director of Design at John McAslan + Partners, said, 'Our design at Campden Hill will create world class apartments to fully realise the potential of what is truly, a unique site within a contemporary design which has been carefully integrated into the sensitive setting of Holland Park and the local neighbourhood. '
The combination of the new contemporary buildings and gardens finished in high quality natural materials will create a landmark development for this outstanding location.
Interior design by Weldon Walshe. Hudson & Mercer designed some of the showcase apartments.
Alasdair Nicholls, Chief Executive, Native Land said, 'Native Land has applied its considerable expertise to add significant value to this site. As a result, the scheme will become the leading super prime development of the future. Our continuing track record of conceiving and delivering some of central London's most desirable residential developments places us as market leaders in the sector.
We are delighted to have obtained this enhanced consent, designed by John McAslan & Partners and to be working again in joint venture partnership with Grosvenor.'
Work on the new residential development commences in autumn 2013 with completion in spring 2016.
