City Island is a mixed-use development in London E14.
The development comprises 1,700 new apartments, stunning al fresco spaces, waterside parks, independent new bars and restaurants, artist studios, boutique shops, a school and exceptional private residents' club -the City Island Club.
The location benefits from major new business and innovation quarters being developed nearby including, Royal Albert Dock, where Chinese developer, ABP China has signed a £1 billion deal to fund the area's redevelopment into a major business zone.

Three show apartments were designed by Benningen Lloyd.
The development was launched in Asia in October 2013.
Phase 1 started in February 2014 and was completed in October 2016. Phase 2 started in October 2015. Phase II completed in 2020.
