2016 May - M&G Real Estate and Telford Homes plc sign a £69.3 million deal to finance and build the 150 new private rental homes at Carmen Street. Telford Homes is the developer and contractor of the scheme.

2015 - Telford Homes Plc acquires Carmen Street in excess of £20 million.

2013 - Planning permission secured by CMA Planning.
