The plans for the redevelopment of the Torridon House Car Park propose a 5-storey block of flats and a terrace of four 3-storey houses in Randolph Gardens, Maida Vale, London NW6.
This development from Westminster Council will create 21 new affordable homes for rent. Affordable housing 60% social Rented and 40% intermediate rent.

Torridon Car Park is situated on Andover Place, opposite Torridon House and bordering Naima Preparatory school to the north.
The development is part of the Westminster Council’s Infills Programme, which focuses on making best use of Westminster’s existing land to provide new affordable homes for people living and working in Westminster.
Expected completion in 2022.
2019 November - Planning application submitted for the demolition of existing structures including storage sheds and redevelopment of the existing car park to provide two blocks of three and five storeys providing a total of 21 x Use Class C3 (residential) units and other associated works, including the provision of storage units, car and cycle parking, landscaping, access gates and boundary treatment.
