Westminster Council has given Grosvenor Britain & Ireland the go ahead to redevelop 75-77 Brook Street into circa 11,300 sq ft (NIA) of grade A office space.
The scheme is designed by architectural practice Latitude and will replace two severely dilapidated buildings which are currently vacant and in much need of repair, and provide additional office space to north Mayfair.
Anna Farnes, Director of the London estate Development programme, comments: “Our London estate is continually adapting to meet the demands of the City to ensure it continues to survive, flourish and grow. With grade A office space in Mayfair in short supply, we are excited by this opportunity to create spaces to attract new businesses to north Mayfair which will, in turn, contribute to the local community and economy.”
Work is due to start on site in March 2017, completing in 2019.
