The City of London planning committee approved the plans for the demolition of the existing building and redevelopment to provide a 36-storey building at 1 Leadenhall on Wednesday 25th January 2017.

The Mayor of London has 14 days to decide whether to allow the Corporation to grant planning permission as recommended.
