Hunters Employer’s Agents team has completed Limehouse Exchange, a mixed-use development for Tower Hamlets Community Housing.
All 18 private sale units were sold within a couple months. Hunters worked closely with the client from pre-contract stage to achieve a viable tender price with the preferred contractor.
