The first homes at Essence will be released for sale in September, reports Fairview. The residents set to start moving into their homes from December.
Jeremy Gee, Main Board Director at Fairview, commented: “We are proud to be regenerating this piece of brownfield land and delivering much-needed new homes to this area of Stoke Newington.
“When complete, Essence will be a development of high-quality, contemporary new homes.
