Kingsbury has been instructed to sell 27a Dalston Lane development, which is currently a 2-storey commercial building within close proximity to Dalston Junction Overground Station and Kingsland High Street.
Planning permission has recently been granted to redevelop the site with a new 7-storey building of circa 25,000ft² GIA which will provide retail space over ground floor and basement, along with offices within the 1st and 2nd floors and 11 private apartments above.
The development may be suitable for alternative commercial uses with restaurant, bar, hotel and student accommodation being possible (subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents).
Kingsbury is seeking offers in the region of £5,000,000 for the freehold interest.
