Eyewear brand, Ace & Tate has taken 39 Marylebone High Street, due to open in November 2021.

The Howard de Walden Estate has signed up a series of new brands at London’s Marylebone Village and has appointed Colliers International to join CWM on the retail and leisure leasing team.

Rob Kirk, Head of Retail & Leisure at The Howard de Walden Estate, said: “It’s encouraging to see; even in these difficult times, that Marylebone Village is still a preferred destination for great brands and exciting food & drink offers.

“We want to enhance continuously what the village has to offer, and this year has already seen new openings for brands including Allbirds and Sirplus, while the superb Japanese restaurant, Taka, has also recently opened its doors on the High Street.

“The appointment of Colliers International will bring a new dimension to our leasing capabilities. It has a dynamic team which advises on many of London’s best-known destinations, and its Retail Strategy team will also provide valuable data insights that can help our future strategy.”

Paul Souber, Head of Colliers’ London Retail Agency team added: “Marylebone Village has real personality, and the Howard de Walden Estate has curated a marvellous mix of shopping, food and leisure.

“We’re extremely excited to be working with the team to bring new brands to the village and to continue its strong reputation as a unique London environment.”
