Vertus has revealed the highest collection of build-to-rent apartments in the UK.

The newly launched penthouse-style homes offer stunning views of London's skyline from the 58th floor of Newfoundland, the iconic building designed by Horden Cherry Lee that rises 220 metres.

The 10 new homes offer views through floor-to-ceiling windows, surrounded by carefully curated interiors by interior designers David Phillips, as well as having access to exclusive in-building amenities that could rival those of a five-star hotel.

The exclusive collection comprises one and two-bedroom apartments, ranging sizes from 703 to 850sq ft in size as well as three-bedroom penthouses, offering 1,788 sq ft of living space.

Each apartment has been decorated with a mix of high-quality materials, such as wood, and saturated colours, which helps to balance the abundance of natural light. Wine fridges and coffee machines are provided for the convenience and enjoyment of residents in the three-bedroom penthouses.

Level 58 residents will benefit from Club Vertus’ extensive programme of social events organised by a dedicated in-house team. The amenities include a lounge and a games room, a west-facing terrace, BBQ, an outdoor children’s play area and a ‘kidult’ zone, a gym with two gym studios, a private dining room, a screening room and a 24-hour concierge.

Residents of Newfoundland have direct access to the latest branch of M Restaurant, the award-winning grill and cocktail bar, which is located on the first floor of the building and offers private dining rooms and an exclusive members club. Residents of Newfoundland will soon be able to also enjoy exclusive room service, with freshly prepared food from M Restaurant delivered straight to their door.

Alastair Mullens, Managing Director, Vertus commented: “Level 58 at Newfoundland offers residents a type of living that is usually confined to some of the world’s most sought-after buildings – it’s rare that you can buy views like this, and even rarer to be able to rent them. As the tallest BTR building in the UK, Newfoundland has quickly become an iconic addition to London’s skyline, and we’re excited that residents can now live at the top of this magnificent building whilst benefitting from the wide range of amenities it has to offer.

“Residents at Level 58 will be able to routinely take in some of the best views in the capital through floor-to-ceiling windows while enjoying a sense of ultimate privacy. This is high-rise living at its best; it’s an urban sanctuary where you can experience luxury city living, leaving the hustle and bustle of London beneath you.”

Mark McDonnell, Head of Design at David Phillips, said: “We’ve taken a tailored approach to the design of the Newfoundland apartments, including those on level 58, taking into consideration the unique character and layout of every home. We also wanted to reflect the building’s cutting-edge architecture in the interior design of the apartments, which meant extensive use of metalwork in the details and lighting. The whole scheme is fully bespoke, with custom-made furniture created for each and every home, which adds that extra level of exclusivity to the apartments.”

Prices range between £3,791 and £9,966 pcm, which includes access to communal amenities, concierge service, high-speed broadband and Samsung HD Smart TV with a TV licence.
