The Fragrance Shop, the UK's largest independent fragrance retailer, has signed a lease for its new global store concept in London at 70/88 Oxford Street, completing the retail leasing at the development at 1 Newman Street.

The 2,300 sq ft Unit 2 is the final retail unit at 70/88 Oxford Street and benefits from a prominent eight-metre double-height frontage.

The Fragrance Shop joins other well-known brands including Reserved, Pandora, and a competitive socialising concept, Boom: Battle Bar.
