Mitsui Fudosan and Stanhope have appointed Multiplex as the main contractor for two new residential blocks comprising 345 apartments within the second phase of the Television Centre redevelopment.

The initial phase of the project, set to commence in Q3 2023, will focus on enabling works and site preparation for the construction of 345 luxurious apartments. These apartments will be located in two distinct plots, each meticulously designed by renowned architectural firms dRMM and AHMM.

The main construction activities will commence in 2024.
