The freehold interest in Spitalfields House on Middlesex Street has been sold by Seaforth Land and QuadReal. The sale of the 47,490 sq ft office and retail building was advised by Savills.
The office space, which is 93% of the contracted
income, is fully let to digital education provider QA Limited at a passing rent of £2.47 million
per annum, reflecting £60.32 per sq ft overall on a lease...
