Vermilion has been shortlisted for three property awards.

The striking 21-storey development in the heart of the Canning Town regeneration is one of 3 finalists up for the Best Residential Development of the Year in the annual awards staged by The Wharf newspaper. The winners will be announced at a glittering ceremony at the Radisson Blu Edwardian at New Providence Wharf on Thursday, April 25.

It has also been shortlisted by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors awards in the Residential Development category which announces in May, and the by Royal Town Planning Institute, which holds its ceremony in June, for planning excellence.

Pauline Sangster, sales and marketing manager for developer English Cities Fund, said: "We're delighted Vermilion has been shortlisted by three such well respected organisations. It's always an honour for a project to be recognised in this way and it says a lot for the design, construction and sales teams who have put so much into making this development a success."
