Wates Construction has started building work to deliver Land Securities’ 20 Eastbourne Terrace.
The project will see Wates extensively renovate the former 1950s 18-storey office building, which is currently one of the oldest office towers in London.
Designed by Fletcher Priest Associates, the speculative commercial development will provide 92,000 sq ft of Category A office space, which is expected to achieve a BREEAM rating of Excellent.

Completion of 20 Eastbourne Terrace is due in Feburary 2016.
