Financial technology company WorldRemit will move its UK headquarters to 25,000 sq ft of space at 62 Buckingham Gate, reports property consultant Hanover Green.
62 Buckingham Gate is now 78% let.
Apart from World Fuel Services, 62 Buckingham Gate is already home to businesses including Rolls Royce, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and OMV, and at ground-floor level the building hosts independent cinema chain Curzon, and food outlets Benugo and Leon.
WorldRemit founder and chief executive Ismail Ahmed said: “There is an amazing buzz around Victoria right now, especially among tech companies. 62 Buckingham Gate was the obvious choice for WorldRemit’s new home – it is the jewel in the crown of this increasingly vibrant area.”
Hanover Green advised WorldRemit and World Fuel Services.
