With a Masters in Urban Design and over 20 years of experience in regeneration projects and creating vibrant lifestyle destinations through operation, Mark Alper was previously the Group Property Director at Market Tech, the developer and operator of the Camden Markets portfolio. Marstead Living is comprised of three divisions – Independent Senior Living, Tech and Construction Innovation.
