London Square has won four of the biggest accolades at the WhatHouse? Awards 2014.

The company won three awards for its London Square Fulham development – Gold for Best House for The Pembridge and Bronze for Best Brownfield Development and Best Interior Design. It also scooped Bronze for Best Small Housebuilder.

The judges commented: “London Square has come an awfully long way in four short years and with fresh private equity backing is only going to get considerably bigger and stronger. Its London sales work out at an average of more than £1,000 a square foot – testimony to the quality of the product, finding the right locations and delivering stylish architecture on bespoke schemes. It is not just high end homes either, with prices starting from £250,000. It might be that the best and most defining scheme is yet to come, as London Square restores and converts a London landmark – the historic Royal Star & Garter Home.”

Rebecca Littler, Sales & Marketing Director of London Square, said: “We are delighted to receive this excellent recognition for our highly talented and hardworking team. In just over four years we have built a business from scratch – specialising in the delivery of homes at all levels of the London market in areas where people want to live. Fulham is a prime example of this – not only does the development appeal to those looking for a family home in the capital, surrounded by good schools and green areas, but also those after a central base that offers easy access into the West End or the City. It is no wonder that the development is now over 75 per cent sold off plan.”
