2021 April - Wandsworth Council approves plans for the erection of an eleven-storey building with rooftop terrace and basement comprising predominantly office (Class E) floorspace at the ground and upper levels and flexible commercial/community (Class E) floor space at ground level together with landscaping and other associated works. Ref. no. 2020/5054.
2020 September - Quadrant and Canadian institutional investor AIMCo agree to acquire the site with planning permission for 12-storey office development. The deal is expected to complete in December 2020 with construction works due to start in 2021. Accord Europe Limited served as Quadrant’s exclusive capital advisor on this transaction.
